We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US). The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program, specifically the financial area, to focus on Financial Federal Reporting. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals. Job Responsibilities Include: u2022 Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards u2022 Interface with state business users and vendors u2022 Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation u2022 Identify and report project issues and risks u2022 Research and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisions u2022 Collaborate with team members in a fluid environment to provide subject matter expertise and assistance u2022 Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed u2022 Develop and execute test cases u2022 Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations u2022 Participate and/or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training Required Qualifications: u2022 Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or developing Health Care systems u2022 Minimum 6 years of experience supporting large, complex Medicaid system implementation projects and/or Medicaid business operations in a multi-vendor environment u2022 Minimum 3 years of experience supporting one or more state Medicaid Programs / MMIS, including benefit plan administration or claims or financial reporting, to include MAR, CMS64 and TMSIS u2022 Minimum 3 years of experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors, specifically MMIS solutioning vendor experience. u2022 nd verification of business and technical requirements u2022 Minimum 1 year of experience with system development methodology and project management principles u2022 Undergraduate degree or 4 years relevant experience Preferred Skills: u2022 Experience translating Federal and State regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams u2022 Experience working with Decision Support Systems (Business Objects, Cognos) u2022 Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources u2022 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70,000-$130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidateu2019s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
