Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following evidence-based protocols that ensure patient safety and clinical excellence at every stage. + Create and adapt personalized care plans through continuous monitoring and clear communication, ensuring the entire medical team is aligned on the patientu2019s real-time needs and progress. + Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to act as the central point of contact, ensuring that every specialist and department works in perfect harmony for the patientu2019s benefit. + Support a smooth transition from hospital to home by assessing and managing discharge needs early, ensuring patients and their families feel confident and prepared for the next step in their recovery. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Certified BLS Provider specializing in Health Service Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OR military CPR-First Aid training. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition
