Job Title: Records CoordinatorLocation: Seattle WA 98134Duration: 6 months AssignmentShift/Hours: 40 hours/weekWork Model: Fully Onsite, 5 days/weekOverview:- Looking for someone who can do 40hours per week, flexible with the start time, but end time is locked as packages need to be shipped off at the scheduled time in the afternoon.- Contributes to client success, by preforming receiving and distribution operations.- Models and acts in accordance with client guiding principles.- Sorts and Organizes a high volume of store mail.- Determines which documents should remain in the employee file, then will scan and attach the documents to the electronic employee file.- 1 year experience working in a high-volume environment preferably working with an electronic filing system.Key projects:- Day to day receiving, and intaking records and/or packages.Daily Responsibilities:- Day-to-day intake and receiving operations.- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.- Maintain a strong attention to detail.- Manage multiple tasks throughout the day.- Able to successfully perform during uncertainty and changing priorities.Technology requirements:- Microsoft Office, general exp with Teams, Outlook, Excel.Must haves:- 1 years of experience is required, entry level role, this is a role they able to train on.- Looking for someone who can do 40 hrs per week, flexible with the start time, but end time is locked as packages need to be shipped off at the scheduled time in the afternoon.- Contributes to client success, by preforming receiving and distribution operations.- Models and acts in accordance with client's guiding principles.- Ability to Lift up to 20lbs, standing, sitting, kneeling, climbing a step ladder.- Attention to detail.- Attendance and Punctuality.Nice-to-Haves:- Experience in records management.- Experience in records management.SPECTRAFORCE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability or veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
