This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see:DescriptionOverviewThe 1NA WMS Program Senior Manager will be responsible for shaping thefuture of PepsiCo North Americas WMS. This role will act as the primarycontact for the PGT, testing, finance and controls teams and beresponsible for designing and executing integrated, testing and businessreadiness, cutover, and checkout plans for large-scale deployment of 1NAWMS across beverages and the 1NA network. Partnering with value streamleads, SMEs, IT, and external vendors to drive execution excellence,reporting/analytics and hypercare while managing a small team anddelivering measurable outcomes within a fixed-term, project-basedassignment.Responsibilities Co-develop PFUS, PBUS, and 1NA Plant and DSD business requirementsfor the WMS of the future Lead testing, and implementation of the different WMS Archetypes. Assist in the Development training materials for new WMS processes. Define test cases and support validation of new WMS features withintegration teams. Manage WMS development and deployment schedules on time and withinbudget. Ensure successful site conversions with minimal business impact andno disruption to sales. Coordinate conversion schedules and resources for proper deploymentcoverage. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect project,operations, and sales. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to definefuture WMS strategy. Co-lead Coordinate WMS rollouts with readiness plans, training, andchange management. Provide business context to vendors and IT teams to align solutionswith business priorities. Develop and implement KPI metrics to measure financial andoperational benefits, ensuring the realization of projected value. Provide clear and transparent reporting on value realization,highlighting successes, challenges, and continuous improvementopportunities. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned andintegrate best practices into future initiatives. Maintain accountability for delivering sustained value throughcontinuous tracking, reporting, and improvement pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$123,500 - $206,750. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.
