United Auto Supply is a distributor of over 100 different manufacturers of automotive supplies. Due to our recent expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced Robotics Automation Technician for our Warehouse Automation department in our Syracuse location.Hours are Sunday- Thursday 4pm-12:30AM. We also offer PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefits Must be willing to work morning shift for training purposes.Key Responsibilities of Robotics Automation TechnicianTroubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues affecting the Perfect Pick system, including the iBOTs (the robotic vehicles) and other components.Proven experience as a Robotics Technician or similar role.Must have knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and repairing Hytrol conveyor systems.Document maintenance activities and updating technical records.Technical Proficiency:Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery and equipment.Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical issues.Experience with software and automation systems is beneficial.Additional Qualifications:Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.Safety: Adherence to safety regulations and procedures when working with equipment and machinery.Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy machine parts, maneuver in tight spaces, and perform various physical munication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with colleagues, supervisors and customer service puter Literacy: Must have strong computer skills.
