Senior Facets Configuration Analyst Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job ID: 00068641812 About the role As a Senior Facets Configuration & Integration Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting the configuration and validation of the Facets core claims platform for a healthcare Proof of Concept (POC). This role focuses on benefits configuration, claims processing alignment, and ensuring expected adjudication outcomes. You will be a valued member of the System Integration team and will collaborate closely with claims, EDI, and testing stakeholders to deliver accurate and reliable claims results. This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants. In this role, you will: + Configure Facets components to support healthcare claims processing scenarios, including benefits, pricing, rules, and related configuration elements + Validate Facets configuration against expected claims adjudication outcomes and parity results + Partner with System Integration and EDI teams to ensure Facets configuration aligns with incoming HIPAA transactions (837) and expected remittance outputs (835) + Analyze and troubleshoot configuration-related issues impacting claims adjudication, testing, and parity validation + Support testing and validation cycles by reviewing end-to-end claim scenarios and outcomes + Document configuration approaches, decisions, dependencies, and assumptions to support POC deliverables and downstream teams Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered + Hands-on experience configuring Facets, including benefits, pricing, or claims setup + Strong understanding of healthcare claims adjudication processes + Healthcare payer experience is required + Proven ability to analyze claim scenarios and assess expected vs. actual outcomes + Experience supporting system testing, validation, and defect resolution cycles These will help you stand out + Experience supporting system integration initiatives or Proofs of Concept (POCs) + Familiarity with HIPAA EDI transactions, including 837 and 835 + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to configuration detail + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across claims, EDI, and technology Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 5/25/2026 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
