DESCRIPTION: Join us as a Materials Planning Manager to ensure critical materials are available to support our manufacturing operations. In this key role, you'll lead and develop a team of Material Planners while leveraging advanced ERP/MRP systems to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency. You'll collaborate across functions to maintain master data accuracy, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your strategic planning and leadership will directly support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through innovative scientific solutions. REQUIREMENTS: u2022 Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or supply chain roles within manufacturing environments u2022 Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field u2022 Professional certifications preferred: APICS (CPIM/CSCP), ISM CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher u2022 Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, ASCP, or similar) u2022 Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts, material requirements planning, and supply chain processes u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools u2022 Experience leading and developing teams in a supply chain environment u2022 Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities u2022 Proven track record of inventory optimization and cost reduction u2022 Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for S&OE/SIOP meetings u2022 Experience with master data management and system integrity maintenance u2022 Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities u2022 Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams u2022 English language proficiency required Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $101,300.00u2013$135,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
