Note: Enrollment in a Swire Medical Plan is required for some benefits.Job Details:Job Level: 6What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.Responsibilities:- Achieve volume targets for channel of business- Achieve performance profit targets- Train and develop account management team- Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)Requirements:- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required- Valid driver's license required and Vehicle required- 4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required- 2+ years previous experience in leadership role required- 2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required- Valid driver's license required and Vehicle required- 4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required- 2+ years previous experience in leadership role required- 2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookCome and join our Sparkling teamBase pay range is$80,168 to $95,038plus bonus structure(dependent on role).
