Clinical & Portfolio Marketing Manager In this role, you will support transforming how value is positioned and communicated across Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM). You will help coordinate integrated new product reporting, claims roadu2011mapping, and value demonstration activities by working closely with crossu2011functional partners across marketing, medical, health economics, and product teams. Through structured processes, dashboards, and tools, you will contribute to the consistent execution of evidenceu2011based value frameworks that support marketing plans and commercial deployment. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure and make a meaningful impact by helping operationalize value across the organization. Your role: + Coordinate and publish the quarterly Integrated New Product (NPI) reporting across HPM products and services by consolidating inputs from product and launch managers via the input app and reporting dashboard. Maintain and update the NPI dashboard within the HPM Marketing plan on a quarterly basis. + Partner with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts from medical, health economics and markets to define, prioritize and maintain the consolidated claims roadmap. + Manage governance process for the claims and evidence investment, enabling inputs, reviews, and timelines aligned with the annual planning cycle. + Contribute to the management of the execution of the claims expansion program through rollout of the strategic framework and associated priorities. + Coordinate the maintenance and enhancement of value demonstration tools in collaboration with subject matter experts and commercial teams, supporting deployment activities and impact tracking. You're the right fit if: + Youu2019ve acquired 4 + years of experience in B2B medical device marketing, clinical marketing, product marketing or similar roles, with demonstrated effectiveness in crossu2011functional environments. Experience in hospital patient monitoring customer environments as well as working with claims and evidence, valueu2011based selling, and new product development preferred. + Your skills include strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives and operationalize strategy into practical outputs. You possess a continuous improvement mindset, with independent, outcomeu2011driven strategic thinking and a bias for action. + You have a Bacheloru2019s degree, required in Marketing, Medicine, Science, Economics, or a related field, Masteru2019s degree, preferred. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You must be willing to travel up to 25%. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $110,000 to $174,720. The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $98,000 to $156,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
