Working in collaboration with the supervising physician, the APP delivers evidence-based evaluation, education, and management for patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary nodules. Additionally, this role may encompass the management of sleep disorders. The role supports access, continuity, and team-based care within the pulmonary service line.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage adult patients with pulmonary conditions in an outpatient clinic setting.Conduct history taking, physical exams, and review of diagnostic studies to guide clinical decision making.
