Key Account Manager Automotive (Functional Plastics)$135k + Bonus + Car AllowanceLocation: Western New York | Michigan (remote with travel) We are hiring a Key Account Manager to help double a $15m North American automotive business to $30m+ in the next 2 to 3 years, backed by already awarded programs and nomination letters. This is not a maintenance role. You will be expected to win business, grow accounts, and add around $10 to $15m in revenue as part of the wider sales effort. What you will do Own and grow key Tier 1 accountsWin new programs and increase content per vehicleLead pricing, negotiation, and commercial strategyWork cross functionally with engineering and operationsExpand business with Tier 1s, including Japanese and Korean customers What you will bring Strong automotive B2B sales or key account management experienceProven track record selling into Tier 1 suppliersExperience working on complex, multi year automotive programsEvidence of delivering revenue growth in the millionsBackground selling technical or engineered components Experience with functional plastics or similar components used in suspension, steering or braking is ideal. Candidates from interior plastics will be considered if they have strong automotive sales experience and can adapt quickly to a more functional product focus.
