Youu2019ll be: + Packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storage, ensuring accuracy and quality + Inspecting products for defects and reporting any quality issues to supervisors + Operating packaging equipment, palletizers, and loading bulk semi-trailers with product + Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to packaged materials and shipments + Performing housekeeping and sanitation duties to uphold high cleanliness standards + Assembling and preparing packaging materials, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks + Collaborating with team members to meet production and fulfillment targets + Performing additional duties as assigned by management This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Are committed to safety and can follow all safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements + Possess basic math and computer skills with strong attention to detail + Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team + Are comfortable working in dusty, noisy environments with varying temperatures + Are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. or more repeatedly + Can follow verbal and written instructions accurately + Have prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred but not required) + Are able to work from heights or on platforms, lifts, or scaffolding + Are willing to wear all required PPE (uniform, steel-toe boots, hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets), with no jewelry allowed What happens next Once you apply, youu2019ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
