Donu2019t waitu2026 apply today Location: Blaine, MN 55449 1st Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Pay Range: $22-$38/HR What's in it for you? + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + Parking on-site + Restaurant on-site What will you be doing? + Ability to set up and operate manual and CNC(Hurco) machining equipment (mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.) + Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc. + Ability to design and produce parts to precise specifications. + Create and send component drawings to 3 rd party machining as needed. + Experience in small batch, mixed production environments. + Perform welding and cutting as needed + Fabricate and modify equipment, guards, and fixtures as needed + Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations on equipment improvements + Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications + Document work in CMMS (maintenance management system) + Assist with continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives What do you bring? + Positive, can-do attitude + Ability to design and machine end to end + Experience with manual and CNC + Experience with welding and general fabrication + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Effective written and verbal communication skills Are you Interested?
