Description Position: Recruiter (ONSITE u2013 Contract) Location: Tempe, AZ Tentative Hourly Pay: $30 per hour Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, standard business hours Work Environment + Inu2011Office Requirement: 5 days per week onsite (no worku2011fromu2011home option) What the Team Is Looking For + Previous fullu2011cycle recruiting experience + Strong ATS proficiency + Excellent communication and client management skills Responsibilities: u2022 Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from reviewing applicant information to coordinating next steps throughout the hiring process. u2022 Evaluate candidate backgrounds and qualifications to identify strong matches for open positions and hiring priorities. u2022 Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and support timely hiring decisions. u2022 Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and maintain clear communication with all parties involved in recruitment activities. u2022 Help ensure recruiting workflows follow established hiring procedures, documentation standards, and internal guidelines. u2022 Monitor requisition activity and provide updates on candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring progress. u2022 Support a positive and engaging candidate experience by responding promptly and guiding applicants through each stage of the process. Typical Day in the Role + Sourcing and screening candidates + Scheduling interviews and managing offers + Supporting ~20 open requisitions at a time (exemptu2011level roles) + Ongoing client management, followu2011ups, and engagement Requirements Experience & Skills That Stand Out + Productu2011focused recruiting experience + Marketingu2011related experience + 3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR recruiting function. + Practical knowledge of candidate review methods and structured hiring processes. + Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams. + High level of organization and attention to detail when handling recruitment records and scheduling activities. + Comfort using recruiting systems, tracking tools, and standard business software to manage hiring workflows.
