DSP - Caregiver

The Direct Support Personnel Assists individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges in developing interpersonal skills and completing activities of daily living within home, community, or residential settings. This role works directly with residents to provide support, encouragement, and hands-on assistance while following the guidance outlined in each residentu2019s Individual Service Plan. Must include at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
