About the Role: The Property Management Regional Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple markets within a defined region. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and support to In-Market leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and delivery of exceptional client outcomes As a PM Region Leader, you are accountable for key client relationships, short- and long-term growth and profitability, fostering talent, and ensuring operational excellence across the region. You will be responsible for driving business development strategy for Property Management, leading your team with a growth mindset, both internally and externally, to communicate competitive differentiators of CBRE and Property Management, while also managing project execution and driving integration among all lines of business to maximize performance. Communicate Effectively + Serve as the u201cface of CBREu201d in the local/national/global business community. Serve as a key industry and business spokesperson to the community and/or industry. + Serve as a change agent for business improvements and develops buy-in and support for new initiatives and processes, effectively managing and leading your team through change. + Develop a reputation as an opinion leader and trusted advisor. + Foster a strong service-orientation and an u201cadvisory roleu201d in client, management, and employee relationships. + Motivate and negotiate effectively with employees, matrixed partners, leadership, and client groups to take desired action. + Collaborate across the organization to build strong relationships Drive for Results + Assure that local market business operations are executed efficiently and cost effectively. Develop strong business plan with insight into market performance against growth, competitive and other operational objectives. + Accountable for growth for the region, partnering with regional sales to review and execute prospecting plans, including identifying diverse and resilient businesses, recruitment, retention, and attachments across markets, leveraging regional scale to deepen client relationships, expand profitability, and increase operating profit. Collaborate with In-Market Leaders, clients, and brokers to capitalize on opportunities, and negotiates contractual and legal considerations + Review opportunities from Regional Sales and other team members, support qualification of new opportunities using regional knowledge, input into and review RFPs and regularly and proactively meet and communicate with current and prospective Property Management clients and CBRE leasing teams in partnership with Regional Sales. + Identify / approve new opportunities and attachments across markets, leveraging regional scale to deepen client relationships, expand profitability, and increase Daily Operating Profit. Collaborates with In-market Leaders, clients, and brokers to capitalize on opportunities, and negotiates contractual and legal considerations. + Set and calibrate regional strategy, budgets, P&L, aligning markets to regional priorities and understand and oversee financial accounting, budgeting and reporting by identifying mid-year trends and reforecasting to meet the financial goals and expense management for assigned area. Understand Business & Display Commercial Acumen + Drive regional strategy execution, risk management, and client satisfaction, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and exceeding KPIs across markets. + Execute best-in-class service delivery with respect to engineering, accounting, project management (Tenant Improvements), technical consulting (Infrastructure Management) security, life safety and disaster recovery. + Ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with CBRE Global Standards and guidelines at all levels of the organization. + Evaluate industry and business trends and analyze financial performance indicators for potential impact on operations and responds with necessary business changes as indicated. + Accountable for regional financial performance, providing guidance to In-Market Leaders on the alignment of resources to strategic priorities and drive operational efficiency, client relationships, financial management, and platform expansion. + Strengthen leadership connection with the PM team and the Advisory business through feedback and accountability. + Ensure regional and market-level business planning aligns with priorities, resources, and measurable outcomes while analyzing trends to guide sector-specific growth. What Youu2019ll Need: + Bachelor's Degree required with 15+ years of relevant experience. + Real Estate sales, brokerage or appraisal license strongly preferred. Appropriate designations and participation in professional and industry organizations desired. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
