Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Citrix/Support Engineer for one of its largest airline clients in Chicago. This Sr. Citrix/Support Engineer will be assisting with the virtual desktop infrastructure of our client. The ideal candidate will be proficient in supporting both physical and virtual end-user desktop environments through innovative solutions. Demonstrates a strong drive to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution. Possesses a keen awareness of emerging technologies that align within our organization. Proactively identifies opportunities for streamlining processes, adding value, and elevating the overall end-user experience.
