Handle day-to-day tasks of recording financial transaction; Ensure the accuracy of figures like revenues and expenses, track inventory and tax obligation; Assist with tracking the restaurants financial performance; monitor and record metrics like revenue and expenses for accounting reports; review order history; reconcile vendor invoices and shipment; review timecards; tally and sales tax owed; review cash on hand for providing change and employee tip-outs, review reserves in the bank for credit and debit expenses. Education and experience requirements: HS/GED + 18 months as restaurant bookkeeper or any closely related occupation such as accountant /auditor.
