Summary The FRTIB is looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer. Special selection priority consideration will be given under the Career Transition Assistance program (CTAP) and the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP) to well-qualified surplus or displaced candidates within the local commuting area. Responsibilities Serve as the Chief Investment Officer's (CIO) deputy by managing office operations, staff, and resources to ensure investment programs run efficiently and effectively. Provide senior investment leadership by overseeing investment policies, risk management, performance analysis, and resolution of complex investment issues. Lead the selection, oversight, and performance evaluation of external investment managers and contractors supporting the Agency's investment portfolio. Direct procurement and Request for Proposals processes to acquire investment management services and ensure contractors meet operational and performance requirements. Supervise and develop professional staff by setting priorities, evaluating performance, and fostering a high-performing, accountable investment team.
