Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries about our products. The role involves providing detailed product information, pricing, and technical support to customers and prospects. You will collaborate with the internal sales team to drive sales and achieve revenue goals while assisting with order entry, quoting, and tracking to ensure accurate and timely processing. Maintaining strong knowledge of company products, services, and sales processes is essential, as is supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting. Responsibilities + Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding products. + Provide detailed product information, pricing, and technical support to customers and prospects. + Collaborate with the internal sales team to drive sales and achieve revenue goals. + Assist with order entry, quoting, and tracking to ensure accurate and timely processing. + Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and sales processes. + Support sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting. + Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. + Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their project requirements. + Track and report on sales metrics, including leads, orders, and customer feedback. + Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and product databases in CRM systems. Essential Skills + 2+ years industry experience, preferably in manufacturing. + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and handling high volumes of inbound inquiries. + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical product details. + Knowledge of construction industry products, terminology, and project workflows. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. + Problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. + Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. + Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus. + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support other departments as needed. + Comfortable learning technical product specifications and applying them to client solutions. + Motivated to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities within the company. Work Environment This position is onsite with working hours from 8am to 5pm. The work environment supports a collaborative team setting, where a professional and positive attitude is valued. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
