United States Secret Fully remote Project/Program Management Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Process Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of mission-enabling applications for the U.S. Coast Guard. This is a remote position. Responsibilities As a Senior Process Analyst, you will support the rapid delivery of functional applications and automated workflows in accordance with the Software Lifecycle Management Plan (SLMP). Core responsibilities include: + Meet with stakeholders to understand and collect complex business requirements, acting as the primary bridge between mission owners and technical teams. + Document requirements in the form of Enhancement Requests and User Stories, ensuring each includes clear, concise, and testable acceptance criteria. + Perform verification testing on ServiceNow services and modules built by the development team to ensure alignment with documented requirements and user needs. + Explain ServiceNow capabilities and platform usage to business users, facilitating training and driving platform adoption across the USCG. + Execute the full SDLC utilizing diverse methodologies, including Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall, ensuring ServiceNow releases are delivered on schedule. + Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, functional scoped applications and ServiceNow modules. + Minimize technical debt by advocating for
