The Digital Banking Operations Specialist supports daily operations across online banking, cash management, ACH, debit card services, and ATM systems. This remote role ensures exceptional customer service, operational accuracy, and compliance with banking regulations.Responsibilities of the Digital Banking Operations Specialist:1. Provide support for consumer/business online banking, mobile banking, cash management, debit cards, ACH, and ATM terminals.2. Onboard and train cash management clients; maintain client records.3. Monitor RDC and ACH origination limits; ensure compliance with bank policies and NACHA rules.4. Manage debit/ATM card operations including issuance, maintenance, compromised card events, and instant-issue support.5. Conduct ACH and card dispute investigations; ensure timely and compliant resolution.6. Process ACH functions such as returns, NOCs, IATs, Fed file verification, reporting, and customer testing.7. Collaborate with Fraud and internal teams to mitigate digital banking and payment risks.8. Support instant payment systems and digital payment channels9. Assist with ATM performance, reconciliation, updates, and vendor coordination.10. Prepare audit documentation and maintain departmental procedures.11. Deliver high-quality service across all digital banking platforms and vendor partners.12. Participate in ongoing training and industry education.13. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications of the Digital Banking Operations Specialist:1. Minimum 3 years retail banking experience, including 1 year in digital banking.2. 3+ years ACH experience preferred; AAP certification preferred.3. Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational workflows, and core systems.4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.6. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.7. High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor degree preferred
