Job Description Day-to-day routine will fluctuate as hiring priorities shift, but there are some basic activities you can expect to run with on a daily basis. Including, but not limited to: u2022u2003Meeting with your hiring managers to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and/or interview feedback u2013 you truly act as a partner to your clients and not merely as an order taker u2022u2003Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and meet the required skill level u2022u2003Source candidates u2013 often the best candidates are the ones not actively looking u2022u2003Discuss candidates you have screened with your client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews u2022u2003Provide updates to your hiring managers at minimum on a weekly bases on the progression of their requisitions u2022u2003Once candidates are approved for hire, you will begin the offer process including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages and extending offer letters We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Basic Qualifications u2022u2003Bacheloru2019s degree and 4+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter; or associate degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter; or 6+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree Preferred Skills and Experience u2022u20032+ years hands-on recruiting experience recruiting for IT and or cyber security teams u2022u2003Experience recruiting hardware and software engineers u2013 those individuals that have experience across a Tech Stack, Cloud computing, Machine Learning, programming languages and Security Protocols u2022u2003Experience recruiting mid-level/seasoned professional level roles u2022u2003Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles u2022u2003Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing u2022u2003Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods such as: passive recruitment strategy and creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns for specific roles u2022u2003Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders u2022u2003Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates u2022u2003Ability to accurately present, not oversell candidates to client groups; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent, while allowing the hiring manager to arrive at their decision u2022u2003Ability to multi-task and run your own desk while still being an active team member of our team
