Schedule: PRN Shift: Night (United States of America) Address: 601 E ROLLINS ST City: ORLANDO State: Florida Postal Code: 32803 Job Description: + Delivers routine respiratory treatments and continuous respiratory therapy including aerosol therapy, lung expansion therapy, oxygen therapy, and bronchial hygiene. + Monitors, instructs, and coaches patients before, during, and after treatment delivery. + Prevents and/or resolves untoward side effects and adjusts therapies according to protocol and documented clinical criteria. + Reevaluates patient/ventilator interface a minimum of every four hours, responds to alarms, and troubleshoots as needed. + Establishes weaning readiness and facilitates the weaning process, adjusting ventilator settings in accordance with patient progress. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Patient care skills to care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations are required.
