SAP BODS/Data Conversion Manager

Recruiting for this role ends on 6/2/2026 Work You'll Do + Lead functional delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization programs, owning workstream execution from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization. + Facilitate client workshops to define future-state business processes, drive fit-to-standard decisions, and influence stakeholders toward adoption of SAP leading practices and process standardization. + Produce and govern core implementation deliverables, including solution designs, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials, and training support. + Partner with integration and data teams to plan interfaces, validate data migration readiness, and support accurate, controlled movement of data across systems and environments. + Lead and support integrated testing activities across unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring business requirements trace cleanly through scenarios, defects, fixes, and sign-off. + Help clients strengthen ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance by embedding controls into design, testing, cutover, and post-production processes from the start. + Coordinate deployment and go-live readiness activities, including cutover planning, control migration considerations, issue resolution, training support, and early-life stabilization. + Work across functional, technical, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable SAP solutions in regulated government settings, with flexibility to travel as needed to support client delivery. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance + 5+ years experience leading ERP modernization programs + 5+ years experience using SAP Data Services / BODS or comparable ETL tooling to extract, transform, validate, and load data into S/4HANA; to include a combination of the following: + SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit /
