Lead Devops / Site Reliability Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities: System Design u2022 Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). u2022 Whatu2019s three tier architecture, etc. Monitoring & Alerting u2022 Monitor application performance and system health using tools such as Datadog/AWS Cloud Watch, Splunk, Kibana, etc. u2022 Configure and maintain dashboards, alerts, and log forwarders for cloud resources. u2022 Perform FinOps validation to identify and optimize underutilized resources. Incident Management & Linux System Troubleshooting u2013 must have u2022 Respond to alerts and troubleshoot application issues in UAT and Production environments. u2022 Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions. u2022 Maintain detailed runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational documentation. Release & Change Management u2013 process oriented u2022 Manage build releases from Gitlab master branch and deploy to UAT and Production environments. u2022 Plan and execute production releases, including change management ticket approvals. u2022 Maintain and renew SSL certificates across environments. Security & Compliance u2022 Apply and maintain security patches for VMs and containers. u2022 Manage secrets in vaults and enforce best security practices. u2022 Monitor and improve security posture at the organizational level. Automation & CI/CD u2013 must have u2022 Develop and maintain automation scripts for applications and CI/CD processes. u2022 Create and manage custom CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gitlab gitrunner Jenkins). Infrastructure as Code (IaC) u2013 must have u2022 Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform. u2022 Develop custom cloud resource templates for scalable deployments.
