Survey Crew Chief

Job Description As a GIS Technician, youu2019ll apply your surveying background to collect and manage mapping data using Trimble equipment and software. Your day includes setting up surveys, checking measurements, and helping with construction or utility projects. Youu2019ll do basic math to keep data accurate, make quick decisions in the field, and guide crew members. Good communication is key for working with clients, property owners, and your team. Plusses: u2003Bachelor's or associate degree of any kind u2003LSIT Certification (Land Surveyor in Training) u2003Experience with construction layout and / or utility passageways Exp with Civil3d, Open Roads, or some sort of civil engineering-based CAD
