Inside Sales Rep

Job Responsibilities: Interact daily with a large and diverse customer base Respond to customer quotations, inquiries, needs, and complaints in a timely manner Process customer orders, including quotations and order entry Source non-stock items and manage work order entry Conduct follow-ups and outbound calls to support direct sales efforts Communicate customer interactions that may require attention from outside sales representatives or lead to additional sales opportunities Understand company goals and apply them to support sales growth and profitability Collaborate closely with internal departments such as credit, inventory, systems, and warehouse operations Perform other duties as assigned Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation:$23.10 - $28.88 per hour, depending on experience Qualifications: Associate degree required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Industry experience is a plus Previous sales and/or commercial customer service experience preferred
