Job Description This role involves operating production machinery, assembling and packaging products, and supporting a high-volume manufacturing line in a metal stamping facility. You will follow clear work instructions, perform routine quality checks, and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment while working closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Responsibilities + Operate production machinery and tools in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner. + Assemble, inspect, and package products according to written work instructions and established procedures. + Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards and specifications. + Monitor equipment performance and promptly report malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with workplace standards. + Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times. + Meet or exceed daily production goals and efficiency standards while maintaining quality. + Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading parts or materials for the production line. + Provide general production support as needed to keep operations running smoothly. + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to solve problems and improve processes. Essential Skills + Ability to perform general labor tasks in a fast-paced production environment. + Capability to work on an assembly and production line, including assembling and picking/packing products. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. + Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production schedules. + Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
