Job Title: Litigation Support Analyst (DMA II) Job Category: Service Contract Act Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: DOJ MBI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: The Litigation Support Analyst (Document Management Analyst II) will support the work of Assistant U.S. Attorneys (u201cThe AUSAsu201d in the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts in Boston. The position supports the investigations of the Securities, Financial, and Cyber Fraud Unit. The Unit investigates and prosecutes complex financial and cyber fraud cases including but not limited to bank fraud, advance fee schemes, tax offenses, commercial bribery, intellectual property, and cyberstalking. Responsibilities of the position will include maintaining and organizing electronic case files, assisting the AUSAs in their organization and production of discovery, reviewing and summarizing document productions and testimony, preparing subpoenas, coordinating travel and preparation for witness interviews, and various administrative and legal duties as needed by the AUSAs. This role also is responsible for providing support during the leadup to trial and during the proceedings.
