OTR CDL-A Truck Driver

W-2 company driver.Working for owner op contracted to mega carrier.Pay:- Percentage of each load- Typically around $1,500$2,000/week (varies by loads; no cap)- $1,000 weekly minimum if 50+ hrs drive time- Raises based on performance/safety- Detention pay- Per diemBonus:- $2,000 after year 1- +$1,000 each year after (up to $20K cap)Requirements:- 6+ months OTR experience- CDL Class A- Currently based in U.S.Job Details:- OTR across all 48 states (mostly East and Central, occasional West)- Mix of freight: ~75% live loads / 25% drop & hook- Access to load board + some choice in loads- Access to Schneider OCs (many with free showers & laundry)- Park personal vehicle at nearest Schneider OC- Fuel at PilotSchedule:- Usually out about 3 months at a time- 2 week home time per 3 months out- Will accommodate for holidays/emergenciesTruck:- 2020 Freightliner Cascadia (automatic, maroon)- APU, fridge, CB- Fold-up lounge- Large chain box, full cattle guard- No inward-facing cameras- Basic safety systems only (no AI monitoring)Perks:- Basic health / dental / vision coverage- Pharmacy discounts with EHIM and Citizens RXOnboarding:- Phone interview- Background + drug test through Schneider- 3-day orientation in Phoenix, AZ - Hotel + meals covered - Paid $300 after hire - Travel reimbursement after hireEmployment is at-will and contingent upon successful completion of allpre-employment requirements.
