This will include SAS programming to ensure various important agency functions are met and tracked. Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work and highly complex coding, testing, and debugging of applications. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.This position:Analyzes users' needs; designs, tests, and develops software to meet those needs related to development and implementation of a case management systemPerforms complex programming, testing, and debugging using SAS softwareCompiles and queries multiple data sources using proper reasoning and logic for assisting with, handling, and solving complex issues and problemsEvaluates the agencyand#8217;s business requirements to assist in identifying data element migration and to help identify new data elements in the case management systemWorks with staff to prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation and converts them into a series of instructions coded in a programming languageWorks with agency staff and across organizations to identify and coordinate programming needsPerforms related work as assignedPer our telework policy, new hires are required to report in office for the first six months of employment.
