Description: As a Cyber Software Engineer on the IronGuard team, you will play a key role in developing innovative cybersecurity solutions and tools to address complex cyber threats. You will collaborate with top-tier professionals to identify vulnerabilities, construct threat models, and engineer advanced tooling to automate processes and strengthen Lockheed Martin's security posture. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field u2022 Experience in software development, cybersecurity, or related field u2022 Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. u2022 F-35 software development experience u2022 Active Security Clearance Desired Skills: u2022 4+ years of experience preferred u2022 Embedded software development experience (C, C++, Rust, etc.) u2022 Front-end development experience (React, JavaScript, etc.) u2022 Scripting/CI experience (Gitlab, Jenkins, Python, bash, etc.) u2022 Containerization tool experience (Podman, k8s, etc.) u2022 Database experience (SQL, Postgres, Microsoft SQL, etc.) u2022 Experience with Linux OS and Windows OS u2022 Understanding of secure coding principles, cryptographic protocols, and threat modeling techniques u2022 Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies such as vulnerability scanners, penetration testing, and incident response u2022 Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and standards u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills u2022 Adaptability and proficiency in collaborating across diverse teams u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills u2022 Organizational skills u2022 Proactive self-starter with the ability to learn rapidly and work independently Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
