As an Agile Coach within PNC's Workforce Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA. The Agile Coach is a strategic change agent responsible for increasing Agile maturity and improving delivery outcomes across 30+ crews across Workforce Technology. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Leadership to embed Agile practices, strengthen team-of-teams execution, and enable predictable, value driven delivery at scale. The Agile Coach operates beyond team level ceremoniesu2014focusing on systemic improvement, leadership coaching, flow optimization, and measurable outcomes across the value stream. u2022 Assess Agile maturity across teams and programs using qualitative and quantitative indicators (flow, predictability, quality, engagement). u2022 Define and execute a target-state Agile maturity roadmap aligned to business outcomes and workforce technology priorities. u2022 Drive consistent adoption of Agile, Lean, and SAFe practices across multiple crews while allowing for context appropriate flexibility. u2022 Provides expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders and product development lifecycles. Effective in driving cultural change and leading transformation. Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts. u2022 Provides coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Leaders on advanced Agile practices and mindsets. u2022 Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements. u2022 Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress. u2022 Identifying learning and development opportunities for multiple teams on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed. u2022 Contribute to Agile standards, playbooks, and learning pathways across workforce technology. u2022 Identify emerging challenges and proactively introduce experiments and improvements. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
