Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator to support critical HR, Payroll, and Finance platforms. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on technical specialist who can quickly step in, maintain system reliability, and manage daily administration across PeopleSoft environments. The role will focus on platform support, issue resolution, maintenance activities, and close coordination with stakeholders to keep business operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily administration of PeopleSoft environments supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance functions. u2022 Apply patches, coordinate upgrades, and carry out regular maintenance to sustain system performance and availability. u2022 Investigate technical issues, resolve system problems, and adjust configurations to support stable operations. u2022 Partner with business and functional teams to ensure PeopleSoft applications effectively support operational needs. u2022 Manage development, testing, and production environments, including coordination across instances when changes are introduced. u2022 Create and maintain clear technical documentation, administrative procedures, and accurate system records. Requirements u2022 At least 3 years of experience administering PeopleSoft environments in a technical support capacity. u2022 Proven background supporting PeopleSoft modules related to Human Resources, Payroll, and Financials. u2022 Hands-on knowledge of PeopleTools, App Designer, and overall PeopleSoft environment administration. u2022 Experience working with Oracle databases in support of PeopleSoft applications. u2022 Ability to perform patching, upgrades, and ongoing environment maintenance with minimal ramp-up time. u2022 Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex enterprise application environments. u2022 Comfortable working independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced support setting.
