Category Sourcing & Procurement Systems Lead

Assist with the ongoing design, development, testing, and evaluation of integrated systems for industrial production processes. Support the Procurement organization by building and implementing sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management programs for industrial commodities designed to improve cost competitiveness through capital cost and execution hours reductions. Achieve key objectives focused on increased competitiveness and reduced complexity by driving process improvement and working in cross-functional teams. Use data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving to target and execute process improvements, negotiate supply agreements, and identify and qualify new suppliers to fill supply chain gaps while utilizing knowledge of procurement processes, materials management, purchasing, and sourcing tools. Collaborate with teams to enable change, develop suppliers, and increase strategy effectiveness. Provide support and work process development related to systems including but not limited to SAP S4/HANA, Qlik Sense, SharePoint, SPMAT, Workday (SCOUT), and other ERP initiatives impacting sourcing. Support new tool implementations as required and ensure new or modified processes are documented with change management defined before full implementation. Monitor and report metrics that provide data for process measurement and supplier development. Initiate and prepare Enterprise Management of Change submissions related to sourcing. Coordinate process improvement and planning work with team members to ensure consistent process convergence and standard methodology sharing where appropriate. Travel to client sites may be required (not to exceed 10%).
