Submit your application for the opportunity below: Radiology Clinical LeadJob Summary and QualificationsAs a Clinical Lead, you will lead by example, performing clinical exams while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality assurance. You will be a pivotal leader within the department, managing staffing levels, mentoring team members, and collaborating with the Director to optimize operational performance and patient care.What you will do in this role:Maintain high clinical standards by performing patient exams following the same rigorous requirements as staff technologistsCollaborate with leadership to assess regulatory compliance and quality assurance while providing critical data for performance improvement plansManage personnel activities by creating staff schedules, managing PTO requests, and adjusting productivity hours based on patient volumeOversee team development by assisting with staff meetings and addressing performance concerns or clinical activitiesEnsure departmental safety and excellence by following hazardous medication policies and maintaining a deep knowledge of Imaging Services regulationsFoster a collaborative environment by promoting strong communication and teamwork between staff, physicians, and hospital leadershipWhat qualifications you will need:Current registration with ARRT is required.
