Job Title: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Seattle, WA Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 AM - 05:00 PM) Duration: 13 Weeks Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. This role involves working primarily outpatient, with the occasional evaluation for inpatient care depending on departmental needs. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, completing psychosocial evaluations, and verifying caregivers over the phone. This position offers a stable work schedule with no weekend, holiday, or call requirements. Key Responsibilities: Patient Caseload: Manage a caseload of approximately 10 new patients each week. Psychosocial Evaluations: Conduct psychosocial evaluations for pre- and post-liver transplant patients. Caregiver Verification: Verify caregivers over the phone for patient care coordination. Outpatient Care: Primarily stationed in outpatient settings, with some inpatient evaluations as needed based on department requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with agency standards. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an LICSW. Licensure: Must be licensed as a Social Worker (LICSW). Education: MSW (Master of Social Work) required. Compact License: Candidates with active compact licenses are eligible. Preferred Qualifications: LICSW: Preference for candidates who hold the LICSW credential. Previous Experience: Experience in liver transplant evaluations and care is a plus.
