They are hiring remote Personal Injury Attorneys in Ohio and Virginia.(Candidates must have active Ohio or Virginia Bar admissions).This position is 100% remote. Salary and Benefits: Salary range is $100k-$150k (Flexible/Negotiable DOE)+ Lucrative commission & annual bonus plan. Income expectations in first year is ~$225k-$275k+. This role includes full benefits, 401k, PTO, room for growth and other perks. Draft pleadings, draft and review discovery related to personal injury Make court appearances as necessary. Prepare all pre-trial documents Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial Negotiate claims Job Requirements: Ohio or Virginia Barred Attorney At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases Trial experience is preferred
