Description Financial AnalystLocation: Hybrid to Wayne, PAHow you'll contribute to our missionAs a Financial Analyst on our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you’ll play a key role in helping Frontline Education make informed, thoughtful decisions that support educators and schools nationwide. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization, translating financial data into meaningful insights that guide planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth.Your work will support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and ongoing financial analysis — helping ensure clarity, accuracy, and confidence as the business evolves. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values collaboration, and is excited to grow alongside a fast-moving organization.How you'll drive successPartner with teams across the organization to provide timely financial insight and guidanceSupport the development and maintenance of monthly forecasts and annual budgets, with a focus on expenses, headcount, and allocationsAnalyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and help communicate insights clearly to senior leadersContribute to monthly reporting packages and internal presentations that support decision-makingCollaborate with Finance partners during the monthly close to ensure alignment between results and forecastsUse financial models, planning tools, and systems to support forecasting, budgeting, and reportingHelp maintain and improve the company’s financial planning systems and processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and clarity in financial models and reportingTake initiative on both recurring and ad-hoc projects as priorities shiftWhat you bring to help us growA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experienceA few years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, with interest in expanding responsibility over timeComfort working with financial models, data, and spreadsheets to support analysis and planningExperience with financial planning or budgeting tools is helpful, though curiosity and willingness to learn matter mostA track record of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and follow-throughExperience working in dynamic environments where priorities evolveWhat you'll need to thriveA collaborative mindset and comfort partnering across teams and functionsClear, professional communication skills with the ability to tailor insights to different audiencesConfidence managing multiple priorities while staying organized and focusedAdaptability and a positive approach to change, new tools, and evolving processesSound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential informationOur Mission, Our People, Our PurposeAt Frontline Education, we’re reimagining what’s possible by becoming an AI-first organization, transforming how we think, work, and serve the educators who shape our schools every day.
