Job Description

A reputable and long-standing roofing contractor is looking for a new Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for commercial roofing, team building mentality, and top-level work ethic. Responsibilities: Create strategic plan to maximize Branch revenue and output, while matching company’s core valuesImplement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the companyOversee company operations to ensure safety, quality, production efficiency, Cost-effective management of resources to ensure quality serviceEnforce company operational standards, policies, and proceduresReview activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditionsEvaluate the performance of managers and other staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectivesMeet regularly with the owner to review the operations and performance of the branchInterface with clients, negotiate contracts, and provide business developmentProvide servant leadership and commitment to the growth and development of our associatesHire and train sales and production staffGuide negotiations and closing contracts with sales staffSupervise production schedule, and production qualityCreate relationships with vendors, customers, and community at large Position Requires 5-10 years in Commercial Roofing/construction, business operations management experienceAbility to communicate and negotiate in challenging situationsStrong skills in relationship building, presentation, and problem-solvingProfessional written and verbal communication with both internal and external clientsPrepare and present monthly KPI to ensure goals are being achievedConfer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or problemsMust be detailed oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet strict deadlinesAbility to manage and motivate othersAbility to learn basic computer software systems Compensation Industry leading base salary based on experienceAdditional bonus and profit-sharing modelHealth, Dental and Retirement plansCompany issued materials and equipment All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
