Assist with hiring.Responsible for training new staff, auditing charts, and process/policy implementation. Assist FacilityAdministrator at their request.Courteously and Professionally greet patients.Obtain accurate demographic insurance information.Correctly code and verify insurance coverage.Collect estimated patient responsibility or screen patient for assistance programs.Answer all incoming calls to the facility.Provide assistance to patients presenting or calling with billing questions.Process medical records requests.*Rotating Weeks*Week One: Sun, Tue, Wed, Th, FriWeek Two: Mon, Tue, We, Th, SatRequired 1 year of recent medical office, hospital registration, or banking experience2 years of customer service experienceBasic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) PreferredAssociates Degrfee or a combination of education and job-related experience1 year of management, supervisor, or lead experience
