These reports must be thorough, accurate, and reflective of all pertinent observations and actions taken during deployment operations to ensure effective communication and adherence to program objectives.Responsible for maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation within the SWFO TEAMS channel. This includes uploading and organizing all deployment-related materials, such as deployment checklists, inventories of decommissioned equipment, and detailed deployment observation reports. Ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of these documents is critical to facilitating effective communication, supporting program objectives, and adhering to established standards and protocols.Responsible for effectively managing schedules and allocating resources to meet mission requirements.
