Job Description This role supports workplace strategy, occupancy planning, and ongoing employee moves across multiple buildings. The analyst will partner closely with architects and workplace leadership to turn realu2011world data into actionable space plans, serving as a key strategic and operational support (rightu2011hand) to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, sharp with numbers, confident with data, and comfortable operating in a fastu2011moving environment where space reu2011shuffles are continuous. Own and maintain Plans of Record by building, department, team, and location. Conduct building test fits (e.g., planning for ~150 people at a time). Analyze occupancy data including headcount, square footage per person, and growth projections. Partner with architects to validate space layouts based on business needs (e.g., proximity to labs). Support ongoing employee moves and reshuffles between buildings. Collect, validate, and manage occupancy and realu2011world utilization data. Build and present analysis using Excel and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy. Support scenario planning for large populations (10K+ employees, VP orgs). Collaborate with occupancy planning and move execution partners while supporting a large execution team. Use and help inform an internally built planning platform that projects future needs from historical data. Act as a strong communicator during moves, balancing people needs with business priorities.
