Description Role Overview This role sits on the Clients Banking Partnerships team, supporting products like QuickBooks Checking and lending. The position is a hands-on Program Manager focused on: u2022 Building process automation workflows from scratch (initial priority) u2022 Managing external fintech/banking partners u2022 Driving operational efficiency and compliance processes The role will evolve from execution-focused (automation build) into a broader strategic PM role overseeing partner operations and process improvements. Job Description (Detailed) This Program Manager III will lead initiatives at the intersection of fintech operations, compliance, and partner management, with a strong emphasis on process design and automation. Process Automation & Workflow Design (Primary Focus) u2022 Build end-to-end workflows from scratch, primarily using Airtable and Google Sheets u2022 Translate fragmented, manual processes into standardized, automated systems u2022 Design solutions that: o Track deliverables (e.g., recurring reporting across teams) o Automate reminders and escalations o Provide real-time visibility into status and accountability u2022 Continuously maintain and iterate on workflows to ensure scalability and reliability Operational Program Management u2022 Own and drive core operational processes supporting fintech and banking partnerships u2022 Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points, and implement improvements u2022 Establish structured operating rhythms, reporting cadences, and performance tracking u2022 Monitor operational metrics and use insights to improve performance and reduce friction Partner Management & External Engagement u2022 Act as a primary liaison between Intuit and external banking/fintech partners u2022 Gather partner requirements and translate them into actionable internal workflows u2022 Manage partner expectations, deliverables, and communication u2022 Support SLA tracking and performance accountability u2022 Represent Intuit in external-facing discussions, presentations, and updates Compliance & Risk Alignment u2022 Support workflows tied to KYC, KYB, and CIP requirements u2022 Ensure operational processes align with banking regulations and audit readiness standards u2022 Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to maintain adherence to requirements u2022 Assist in incident response workflows, including tracking, escalation, and communication Cross-Functional Leadership u2022 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Customer Care teams u2022 Influence stakeholders without direct authority to align on priorities and execution u2022 Translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear operational plans Data & Reporting u2022 Develop and manage tracking systems and dashboards u2022 Analyze operational trends (e.g., delays, errors, process bottlenecks) u2022 Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement Additional Skills & Qualifications Top 3 Must-Haves 1. Airtable (Non-Negotiable) o Must have built workflows/processes from scratch (not just used it) 2. Process Automation Experience o Proven ability to take manual processes and turn them into automated workflows 3. Google Sheets (Advanced) o Tracking, reporting, and integrating automation into workflows Qualifications & Skills u2022 Strong hands-on experience with Airtable (non-negotiable), along with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or tools like Claude (AI workflow tools) u2022 Proven ability to build processes and workflows from scratch, not just manage or maintain existing ones u2022 Demonstrated experience creating process automation solutions, particularly replacing manual operational work with automated systems u2022 Ability to design workflows that include: o Tracking recurring deliverables (weekly/monthly reporting) o Automating reminders (7-day, 3-day, escalation notifications) o Updating real-time status tracking in tools like Google Sheets u2022 Experience maintaining and iterating on workflows to ensure ongoing reliability and scalability u2022 Ba ckground in Business Operations or Process Automation roles u2022 Experience working in fintech or technology environments u2022 Ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies and translate them into structured, automated solutions u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to support external partner interactions and operational coordination Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.74 - $45.74/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
