Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate Pay & Shift Information ($18.25/hr) + Competitive hourly pay , based on experience + Multiple shifts available: + 1st Shift: 7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM u2013 11:30 PM + 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM u2013 7:30 AM + Overtime opportunities available , including Saturdays and extended shifts as needed Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and detailu2011oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role supports the production of custom molded rubber parts using compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. You will play a handsu2011on role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fastu2011paced, teamu2011oriented environment. Key Responsibilities + Prepare molds and handle raw materials during production + Inspect molded rubber parts and report quality concerns to the shift lead + Monitor mold temperatures, press pressures, and production output + Accurately track part counts, material usage, and production data + Clean molds between production runs as required + Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly + Properly label and store finished products + Maintain a clean, organized work area + Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Required Qualifications + Ability to use a calculator and accurately track production counts + Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently + Willingness to be crossu2011trained and learn new skills + Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment + Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team + Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications + Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience + Familiarity with injection molding, rubber, silicone, or plastic processes + General labor or machine operator background Why Join Our Team?
