Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Title: 1st and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Job Description Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of bakery equipment, including high-speed packaging lines, mechanical systems, and robotic arms. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues while coordinating with OEMs for specialized maintenance. Responsibilities + Oversee maintenance of high-speed packaging lines, mechanical systems, and robotic arms. + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with OEMs. + Monitor and report on KPIs such as equipment uptime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). + Promote a collaborative work environment focused on zero loss and employee involvement. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. + Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, particularly in high-speed packaging. + Minimum of 2 years of experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair (FANUC, KUKA, ABB, or Universal Robots). + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. + PLC troubleshooting and repair. + Knowledge of pneumatics and motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to travel to Canada for additional training. + Experience with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders. Why Work Here?
