Our client, a leader in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will support the Quality Management System modernization project, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process transformation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment. Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Location: Millburn, NJ Pay Range: What's the Job? + Lead workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document current state processes for NCEP, CAPAs, and Complaint Handling. + Design and optimize future state processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals. + Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for technical teams working on the Trackwise Digital platform. + Act as the primary liaison between quality, regulatory, IT, and other business units to ensure alignment and consensus on process design. + Support testing activities, including developing test scripts, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and triaging defects to ensure solution quality. What's Needed? + At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert within a Quality Management System in a regulated industry. + Deep expertise in at least two core QMS processes: Non-Conformance Event Process (NCEP), CAPAs, and Complaint Handling. + Proven experience with system migration or implementation projects, with a focus on process mapping from current to future states. + Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills to deconstruct complex processes and identify improvements. + Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
