Responsibilities Charlotte Surgery Centeru2019s Museum Campus is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse Manager to lead our perioperative team. Enjoy a Monday u2013 Friday schedule with no call, no nights, no weekends and no holidays Join a growing center with new leaders u2013 team outings, potluck luncheons, fan favorite Fridays and more Our center has a low acuity patient population where we perform multispecialty surgeries with a heavy emphasis on Ortho. Join a winning team The OR RN Manager role oversees daily OR operations, ensures highu2011quality patient care, and supports a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and support OR nursing staff, ensuring safe, efficient patient care. + Manage daily surgical operations, staffing, scheduling, and room utilization. + Ensure compliance with AORN standards and regulatory requirements. + Drive quality improvement and patientu2011safety initiatives. + Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow. Qualifications + Current RN licensure. + BSN required or in progress; MSN preferred. + Minimum 1 year of OR RN Circulator experience. + Previous nursing leadership experience required. + BLS required; CNOR preferred.
