OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, Digital and Data within a fast-paced technology environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This individual will have strong emotional intelligence working across business units and global geographies to coordinate information, meetings, and ensure high level business priorities are carried out on time at the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience supporting executives and is comfortable operating in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace.Location: Washington, DC (within 60 miles of 601 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001)Work Model: Hybrid (in-office 1-2 days per week)Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements/expenses. Serve as a strategic partner by anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring executives are prepared for meetings and engagements Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, presentations, and reports Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders Organize and support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration as needed Maintain and organize digital files and documentation using cloud-based systems, Microsoft tools, and an increasing number of A.I. tools like ChatGPT. 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the technology sector or a fast-paced corporate environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and Teams Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, automation tools) and willingness to leverage technology to improve efficiency Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities High level of discretion and professionalismAdditional Requirements Must reside within a 45-mile radius of 601 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC Ability to work onsite 1-2 days per weekJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
